Preparation of Isaev cocktail:
Step 1: Boil the birch sap.Pour birch sap into the pan. Bring to a boil and wait until exactly half of the main volume remains. Oddly enough, but the juice can burn, so you need to constantly stir it with a spoon. Using a fine grater, prepare the lemon zest. But before that, citrus must be washed in a soapy solution. When the juice decreases in volume, add the zest to it and leave to cool.
Step 2: Mix the ingredients.Put ice in a wide mixing glass, or shaker, pour birch sap on top and add vodka to the final chord. Thoroughly stir everything with a spoon or shake (if using a shaker).
Step 3: serve.Pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a slice of lemon and decorate the edge of the glass with lemon zest. Enjoy your meal!
