Pea Chicken Soup

Ingredients for Making Pea Chicken Soup

Cooking pea chicken soup:

Step 1: chop the potatoes.

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly, preferably under running water, then peel and chop.

Step 2: chop the carrots.

Rinse the carrots thoroughly peeled and diced.

Step 3: chop the onion.

Peel the onion and cut into cubes as well.

Step 4: chop the meat.

Pre-soak the chicken in water for half an hour before cooking. After rinse in water and cut into cubes.

Step 5: make a fry.

Put the frying pan on the lash, heat it well, then put the chopped onion in five minutes, add the carrots and mix everything. Bring the roast to a golden appearance.

Step 6: start cooking.

Before you cook peas, it must be soaked in water for several hours. After preliminary boiling the meat until half cooked, take it out and pour out peas, cook for thirty minutes. Then add the meat to the potatoes, and cook another twenty minutes. When this is done, add the fry and after a few minutes the herbs and garlic, finely chopped, and salt. Three minutes later, the soup is ready.

Step 7: Serve.

What can be said about the design of our dish. The fact that it doesn’t hurt anyone like any other, but will only add taste and appetite. It goes well with soup, an egg, previously boiled in a steep cut in half and put in a plate. Then you can decorate with herbs and serve with mustard in a deep bowl.
