Cooking chicken thighs in the oven:

Step 1: prepare the marinade.

Now pour the juice and zest into a large plate of spices. Add olive oil and mix the marinade until smooth.

Step 2: prepare the chicken.

We thaw thawed chicken thighs under cool running water, transfer to a cutting board and clean from fat. Chicken skin from meat pieces can be left or removed to your liking.

Step 3: pickle chicken thighs.

Put the prepared chicken thighs on a plate with marinade. Hands carefully coat the surface of each piece. Then we cover the plate with food-grade plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator on 20 - 60 minutes soak in marinade. The longer the chicken thighs marinate, the tastier the meat will be.

Step 4: bake chicken thighs.

With the passage of time, we take out a plate with chicken pieces from the refrigerator, remove the film. Preheat the oven to 200 - 210 degrees Celsius. Then put the chicken thighs in the baking dish. It is not necessary to lubricate the bottom of the mold with oil, since the marinade already contained a sufficient amount of oil. After we put all the pieces, and the temperature has reached the desired value, set the form in the oven. We bake meat about 30 - 40 minutes to a beautiful crispy crust. Next, helping ourselves with kitchen gloves, we take out the form from the oven.

Step 5: Serve the chicken thighs in the oven.

Hot chicken thighs can be pre-arranged on plates or served in a beautiful common dish. As a side dish, you can cook mashed potatoes, boiled pasta or various cereals, as well as light salads. Recipe Tips:
