Onion pizza with anchovies and olives:

Oil "dissolve" inside, mixing the dough. As a result, you should get a small, but dense and uniform ball. Now, for the dough to rest, cover it with a towel and let it stand in a warm place for about half an hour.

Step 2: prepare the main filling.

While the dough is coming up, we need to prepare the filling. And for this we clean the onions and cut thinly into rings. We put the pan on warming up, fill in the oil and put it in it bow. Close the lid and let it steam for about 20 minutes. Onions will become soft and sweet. I usually sprinkle a pinch of regular sugar. But very little! Literally half a teaspoon. After 20 minutes, remove the lid and mix the onions. Salt a little, finely chop the garlic and add. Season with thyme. If you use thyme fresh - you need to chop the leaves. And 10 minutes on medium heat let it fry. In theory, the juice from the onion and the remaining oil should be enough so that the onion does not burn. Actually, we evaporate this liquid.

Step 3: anchovies and olives.

In Russia, pickled or canned anchovies is not easy to find. The fact is that in our country this fish gained popularity only in dried form for beer. If you don’t find or simply don’t search, you can take green olives with anchovy filler. The recipe goes further about canned anchovies. Naturally, this moment can be missed by those who chose olives with anchovies. As a rule, canned anchovies are quite salty. Therefore after pour the oil try a bite. If it’s really saltic, without removing the anchovies from the can, rinse them with cold boiled water. Pour and drain as before. Shake well. We finished the fish. No problem with olives. Open the cans, drain the water and divide each olive in half. We leave them on the board and take the dough.

Step 4: roll out the dough and lay out the filling.
