Aerated donut dessert filled with caramel cream

For the dough, put in a bowl, on the fire, water with butter and salt, and when the butter melts and the composition reaches boiling point, add all the flour and mix intensely until the flour absorbs all the liquid and results in a homogeneous dough.

Let the dough cool, then incorporate, in turn, the three eggs.

Mix the dough well (I used the mixer) and let it cool again for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the caramel cream by mixing the condensed caramel with the mascarpone and a little salt.

Put the cream in the fridge until we fill the donuts with it.

Heat the oil in a bowl, preferably with a smaller diameter and high walls, so that we don't use too much oil, and the donuts sink well in the oil bath.

We fire at medium intensity to the sea. We must be careful with the intensity of the fire, if it is small, the donuts will be soaked in oil, and if it is too big, they will burn and remain unripe inside.

With a teaspoon moistened each time in cold water or oil, as Vlăduț did, we take the dough and immerse it in the hot oil.

If we have a spoonful of ice cream, it will be even better, because the donuts will come out round and uniform. I remembered it after I finished the frying donuts: D

I fried 5 donuts at a time in my bowl. We do not put much because they develop a lot during preparation and no longer take place.

Let them brown on all sides, then take them out on absorbent paper towels and let them cool.

We put the cream in a posh with a sharp-tipped dui, which we can lightly stick in the donuts and fill them with caramel cream, being very careful not to break them, if we put a lot of cream.

We powder them with sugar and serve them with great appetite.

I hope you try them too, you will surely like them!

Cook tasty dishes

I like the recipe. Is it only enough for 5-10 minutes in the oven? I thought that filling would leave some sauce, which would not be discarded.

yami, yam how good it looks. have a nice day, kiss you!

Pansy, my dear, it takes them 10 minutes, because it cools down quite well and it didn't leave me any kind of sauce and it didn't give me the outside. Now it also depends on what kind of chicken cheese, ricotta you know e !, usually drier, and does not leave the juice, I often use it for pancakes with urda and it's the same, do not leave the juice! kiss!

Thank you Mirela, good day to you too!

It looks good, I like it! Simple and good!

You have a prize for me, please pick it up because I offer it from the bottom of my heart. I kiss you and have a nice weekend.

Krantz cake

Add the sugar little by little and mix until you get a strong and glossy meringue. Gradually incorporate the walnut kernel into the composition and mix with a spatula. Add the flour, little by little and mix until perfectly blended so that they do not remain lumpy.

Wallpaper a baking tray measuring 25x35cm with baking paper, divide the top into four equal parts and bake the sheets one by one in the oven heated to 180˚, about 20-25 minutes until lightly browned on the edge.

Find some thin sheets do not need a long baking time, it also depends on the oven of each. Once baked, set aside to cool on baking paper.

Preparation of the cream. Mix the yolks with the sugar until they become creamy. Mix the eggs with the milk, pudding powder, starch, vanilla essence, put the pot on the fire and stir continuously until the composition begins to thicken.

Set aside and allow to cool. Mix until the butter foams and incorporate the cold yolk cream, little by little, mixing until we get a fine cream. The cream obtained is divided into four equal parts.

Assembling the cake

Gently peel off the baking paper from each sheet.

Place the first countertop sheet on a flat tray or flat tray. Spread some of the cream over the first sheet of top in an even layer. Continue the procedure until the cream and sheets are finished. The last layer of cream is placed on top, over the last top.

In a saucepan caramelize the caster sugar. Be careful not to have a small fire, do not burn it because it will become bitter. When the sugar is caramelized, add the finely chopped walnuts with a knife and mix for about a minute on the fire, stirring well, so that all the walnuts are passed through the caramel.

The caramelized walnuts are spread in a thin layer on a baking sheet and left to cool. Break small pieces, put them in the food processor and grind, then sprinkle over the cake, completely covering the layer of cream.

Refrigerate the cake for about 3 hours, then cut with a sharp knife.

Cookies filled with cocoa cream

50 g cocoa
. 1 tablespoon rum. In a bowl put soft butter, powdered sugar, 1 egg, vanilla sugar, grated lemon peel and rub well, then add the secretion, walnut kernels, put through the machine, baking soda and knead well . Leave it to cool for 1-2 hours, then spread a sheet or two 1/2 cm thick from which to cut with a small glass discs. They are placed in a hidden tray and baked over high heat.
After they are baked and cooled, grease them on one side with cocoa cream and glue 2 disks with cocoa cream in the middle.
Preparation of the cream. Rub the butter with the sugar until it foams, add the sifted cocoa and rum to taste.
Glaze on top as desired. The glaze may remain rare, and instead of cocoa cream, you can put jam of any kind or jam between them.

I saw these biscuits filled with vanilla cream on Laura Adamache's blog and I liked how they looked. A simple recipe, some cakes without baking, so I made them last weekend. On Laura's blog, the cookies are called "Mini tiramisu", but I prefer to call them simple, biscuits filled with vanilla cream. Because apart from the fact that lightly syrupy biscuits are used, they don't look much like tiramisu. But anyway I would tell them, they are delicious, they are made quite quickly, they can be filled with any cream you like and garnish according to your preference. Probably next time I will make a cream with mascarpone and whipped cream and then it will taste like tiramisu. Or I saw that Dia filled them with a mint cream. The combination of mint and dark chocolate must also be very good.

Ingredient for 18 pieces:
-36 biscuits
-express coffee
-esenta de rom
-80 g dark chocolate
-80 ml liquid cream

Half of no. of biscuits (ie 18) we dig them with a knife or a teaspoon and they will look like boats. (See image below). In the espresso coffee we add a little rum essence and with a brush we grease the hollow biscuits. They should not be syruped too hard because they will soften and crumble. Melt the broken chocolate in the microwave or on a steam bath together with the liquid cream. In the obtained cream, soak the other 18 biscuits and put them in the fridge until we deal with the vanilla cream.

Vanilla cream:
-4 eggs
-150 g sugar
-80 g flour
-400 ml of milk
-a teaspoon of vanilla extract

I chose the simplest version of vanilla cream, but you can also make the classic crème patissière cream, finally, a cream that you use for creams, eclairs, tarts, etc.
Bring the milk to a boil. Beat the eggs with the sugar and flour until they froth. Pour the hot milk over the eggs, mix well, then boil the cream until it thickens like a pudding. Finally add the vanilla essence. Allow the cream to cool, then put in a posh and fill the hollowed and syrupy biscuits and cover with the chocolate glazed biscuits.

Chocolate ganache:
-100 g dark chocolate
-150 ml fresh

I used Meggle vegetable cream, which is already sweetened, so there is no need to add sugar. Melt the chocolate together with the whipped cream on a steam bath, then let it cool and beat it with the mixer until it foams. We put the obtained cream in a posh and we decorate each cake on top. We put the cakes in the fridge for 2-3 hours. They are better the next morning for coffee. : P

Dessert aerated donuts filled with caramel cream - Recipes

what beautiful candies and what attractive shapes for. you have dwarfs! ah, I can't stop myself from these. a beautiful spring!

Thank you Monu, it's the merit of the candy shapes I bought in the offer.

Alison, neither my daughter nor I would stop eating, but she eats little because she doesn't like chocolate because it's bitter, and I'm afraid of extra pounds. The good part is that I can do whatever I want with these shapes, because I can put them in the oven.

daniela darling, some very successful candies came out. I would make them too, but I don't have candy shapes. You somehow bought the shapes on the net. I hope so, so do I. kisses

What a beautiful shape!
I would eat a few hundred too! :)) My gram! :))

Sarah, I bought them from a store, because I don't really trust them on the net, I took something from the net and I'm still waiting for the products to appear. I'm on silikomart.it, on the net, but you have to take into account and I saw that they are quite expensive, almost 7 euros a piece, I paid about 9 euros for three pieces. Look at the site I gave you, because from there I want to take forms for frying eggs and other wonders.

Ha, ha. couscous, at the chocolate appointment you eat, I tell her that there are a few hundred candies that are small.

What wonderful candies you made here, leave my mouth watering! I would eat them all by myself

Vio and I would eat them, but I hid them because otherwise the temptation is great and after that I have to run.

Dessert aerated donuts filled with caramel cream - Recipes

I always remember with pleasure some dishes and desserts that filled my childhood with joy. I was a pretty whimsical child, but the fluffy and fast donuts (we called them donuts with a spoon) I always liked very much.

I think this year was about 10 years since I hadn't eaten the fluffy donuts, so I asked my mother how they were made and I got to work. I think they are the simplest and fastest donuts I've made so far, they don't require kneading, effort or too much time, perfect when we want something sweet and buuun :)

  • 350 ml whipped milk (or yogurt), 4-5 tablespoons sugar, 2 eggs, vanilla sugar, baking powder, essences (rum, lemon), 400-500 g flour.

Then I put the baking powder and flour. We will put between 400 and 500 g of flour to make the composition so thicker, thicker than pancakes but not very thick. It should only flow a little from the spoon.

With a spoon I took the dough and with a teaspoon I pushed the composition from the spoon into the pan with hot oil.

They swell immediately and brown quickly. I turned them on all sides and when they browned I took them out on a napkin on the plate. So as not to be soaked in oil.

I powdered them with sugar, but they are also great with jam!

Thank you Maria! Kids are the most excited about these donuts. When we were little we tried to discover various forms. being put with a spoon they took strange shapes when fried :)
Many kisses!

my boy is addicted to donuts. so I know what it's like with this passion!

Hi hi, it's good that he's not addicted to cioco like my nephew :) After he is very energetic, chocolate makes him even more :)) Donuts are healthier)

That's what I do to Diana, she likes them very much. But I don't do them as often as she wants, for frying reasons.
They look sooo good, I'd like at least one.

Mihaela, serve as much as you want for you and Diana :)
Many kisses!

What beautiful memories, and our children should have such memories.

That is right! It's up to us to offer them little joys to remember over the years :)

I would really eat a lump like that for breakfast.

Cristina, I warmly invite you!

they are extremely easy to do as I see here. as you can see I went back to them and I still salivate. unfortunately I don't have baking powder but I will also have it around the house so I will put them into practice as soon as possible. until then let me give you an idea about donuts with a spoon. here they are called carrots and they are a good appetizer, tasty and even used as an appetizer at weddings, parties when you make a buffet. it's a simple dough made of yeast, a little salt, oil and in the dough you can add either chopped watermelon flowers or chopped olives or small pieces of anchovy fish to give a particular taste and you can even add small cubes of Prague ham, depending on your taste and imagination. then let the dough rise, the dough being kneaded softer enough to take it with a spoon and let it bake in an oil bath. then take them out on a napkin to absorb the abundant oil on them and ready they can be served hot but also cold. try if you want and then tell me how they came out. here they are sold especially now in the summer, well..especially because it is full of tourists and as a quick lunch they prefer to eat as comfortably as possible and besides a salad either mixed or with mozzarella or together they add some bites and ready lunch.

Thanks a lot for the idea Alina! I really like the donuts served as an appetizer and the recipe seems very easy to make and sounds delicious with olives, ham, fish. I will try them soon and I'll tell you how they were)
I kiss you with great pleasure!

I want to surprise my mother, but we don't have baking powder in the house. Can I replace it with yeast? If so, how much should I put? & lt3

You can replace the baking powder with baking soda or ammonia. The yeast doesn't work well in this recipe.

Thanks for the very good recipes, I will try other recipes

I'm so glad you liked it! :)

Very good, I made in 30 were ready to eat. Thanks for the recipe, they want more tomorrow.

I'm so glad you liked it! :) I would do it tomorrow too, I really feel like it: P

either we eat or we don't eat anymore
