Aerated donut dessert filled with caramel cream


For the dough, put in a bowl, on the fire, water with butter and salt, and when the butter melts and the composition reaches boiling point, add all the flour and mix intensely until the flour absorbs all the liquid and results in a homogeneous dough.

Let the dough cool, then incorporate, in turn, the three eggs.

Mix the dough well (I used the mixer) and let it cool again for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the caramel cream by mixing the condensed caramel with the mascarpone and a little salt.

Put the cream in the fridge until we fill the donuts with it.

Heat the oil in a bowl, preferably with a smaller diameter and high walls, so that we don't use too much oil, and the donuts sink well in the oil bath.

We fire at medium intensity to the sea. We must be careful with the intensity of the fire, if it is small, the donuts will be soaked in oil, and if it is too big, they will burn and remain unripe inside.

With a teaspoon moistened each time in cold water or oil, as Vlăduț did, we take the dough and immerse it in the hot oil.

If we have a spoonful of ice cream, it will be even better, because the donuts will come out round and uniform. I remembered it after I finished the frying donuts: D

I fried 5 donuts at a time in my bowl. We do not put much because they develop a lot during preparation and no longer take place.

Let them brown on all sides, then take them out on absorbent paper towels and let them cool.

We put the cream in a posh with a sharp-tipped dui, which we can lightly stick in the donuts and fill them with caramel cream, being very careful not to break them, if we put a lot of cream.

We powder them with sugar and serve them with great appetite.

Krantz cake

Add the sugar little by little and mix until you get a strong and glossy meringue. Gradually incorporate the walnut kernel into the composition and mix with a spatula. Add the flour, little by little and mix until perfectly blended so that they do not remain lumpy.

Wallpaper a baking tray measuring 25x35cm with baking paper, divide the top into four equal parts and bake the sheets one by one in the oven heated to 180˚, about 20-25 minutes until lightly browned on the edge.

Find some thin sheets do not need a long baking time, it also depends on the oven of each. Once baked, set aside to cool on baking paper.

Preparation of the cream. Mix the yolks with the sugar until they become creamy. Mix the eggs with the milk, pudding powder, starch, vanilla essence, put the pot on the fire and stir continuously until the composition begins to thicken.

Refrigerate the cake for about 3 hours, then cut with a sharp knife.


Cookies filled with cocoa cream

50 g cocoa
. 1 tablespoon rum. In a bowl put soft butter, powdered sugar, 1 egg, vanilla sugar, grated lemon peel and rub well, then add the secretion, walnut kernels, put through the machine, baking soda and knead well . Leave it to cool for 1-2 hours, then spread a sheet or two 1/2 cm thick from which to cut with a small glass discs. They are placed in a hidden tray and baked over high heat.
After they are baked and cooled, grease them on one side with cocoa cream and glue 2 disks with cocoa cream in the middle.
Preparation of the cream. Rub the butter with the sugar until it foams, add the sifted cocoa and rum to taste.
Glaze on top as desired. The glaze may remain rare, and instead of cocoa cream, you can put jam of any kind or jam between them.

I saw these biscuits filled with vanilla cream on Laura Adamache's blog and I liked how they looked. A simple recipe, some cakes without baking, so I made them last weekend. On Laura's blog, the cookies are called "Mini tiramisu", but I prefer to call them simple, biscuits filled with vanilla cream. Because apart from the fact that lightly syrupy biscuits are used, they don't look much like tiramisu. But anyway I would tell them, they are delicious, they are made quite quickly, they can be filled with any cream you like and garnish according to your preference. Probably next time I will make a cream with mascarpone and whipped cream and then it will taste like tiramisu. Or I saw that Dia filled them with a mint cream. The combination of mint and dark chocolate must also be very good.

Ingredient for 18 pieces:
-36 biscuits
-express coffee
-esenta de rom
-80 g dark chocolate
-80 ml liquid cream

Half of no. of biscuits (ie 18) we dig them with a knife or a teaspoon and they will look like boats. (See image below). In the espresso coffee we add a little rum essence and with a brush we grease the hollow biscuits. They should not be syruped too hard because they will soften and crumble. Melt the broken chocolate in the microwave or on a steam bath together with the liquid cream. In the obtained cream, soak the other 18 biscuits and put them in the fridge until we deal with the vanilla cream.

Vanilla cream:
-4 eggs
-150 g sugar
-80 g flour
-400 ml of milk
-a teaspoon of vanilla extract

I chose the simplest version of vanilla cream, but you can also make the classic crème patissière cream, finally, a cream that you use for creams, eclairs, tarts, etc.
Bring the milk to a boil. Beat the eggs with the sugar and flour until they froth. Pour the hot milk over the eggs, mix well, then boil the cream until it thickens like a pudding. Finally add the vanilla essence. Allow the cream to cool, then put in a posh and fill the hollowed and syrupy biscuits and cover with the chocolate glazed biscuits.

Chocolate ganache:
-100 g dark chocolate
-150 ml fresh

I used Meggle vegetable cream, which is already sweetened, so there is no need to add sugar. Melt the chocolate together with the whipped cream on a steam bath, then let it cool and beat it with the mixer until it foams. We put the obtained cream in a posh and we decorate each cake on top. We put the cakes in the fridge for 2-3 hours. They are better the next morning for coffee. : P

Cake "Spanish wind"

Countertop Ingredients I:
- 5 eggs
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 5 tablespoons flour

Separate eggs. Mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt and water until it becomes a hard foam, then add the sugar one by one. Then add the yolks, flour, cocoa and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. Mix lightly then put the composition to bake in a tray lined with baking paper.

Ingredients for countertop II (meringue):
- 8 egg whites
- 400 g of powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Beat the 8 egg whites with a pinch of salt until it becomes a hard foam then add the vinegar and 400 g of powdered sugar in turn. Bake in a tray lined with baking paper, in the same size tray as on the first top.

Cream ingredients:
- 8 yolks
- 8 tablespoons sugar
- 1 vanilla pudding
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 500 ml of milk
- 200 g butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
Mix the egg yolks with 8 tablespoons of sugar, then add 1 sachet of vanilla pudding, 2 tablespoons of flour and 1/2 l of milk. Boil in a steam bath until thickened then cool and add to the butter rubbed butter. Divide the cream into 2 and add 2 tablespoons of cocoa on one side.

Ingredients for the glaze
- 1/2 kg of fresh vegetables
- 50 g household chocolate

Assembly :
Top I, vanilla cream, meringue top, cocoa cream and whipped cream on top. Over grated chocolate cream.

I always remember with pleasure some dishes and desserts that filled my childhood with joy. I was a pretty whimsical child, but the fluffy and fast donuts (we called them donuts with a spoon) I always liked very much.

I think this year was about 10 years since I hadn't eaten the fluffy donuts, so I asked my mother how they were made and I got to work. I think they are the simplest and fastest donuts I've made so far, they don't require kneading, effort or too much time, perfect when we want something sweet and buuun :)

  • 350 ml whipped milk (or yogurt), 4-5 tablespoons sugar, 2 eggs, vanilla sugar, baking powder, essences (rum, lemon), 400-500 g flour.

Then I put the baking powder and flour. We will put between 400 and 500 g of flour to make the composition so thicker, thicker than pancakes but not very thick. It should only flow a little from the spoon.

With a spoon I took the dough and with a teaspoon I pushed the composition from the spoon into the pan with hot oil.

They swell immediately and brown quickly. I turned them on all sides and when they browned I took them out on a napkin on the plate. So as not to be soaked in oil.

I powdered them with sugar, but they are also great with jam!

You can replace the baking powder with baking soda or ammonia. The yeast doesn't work well in this recipe.
